Im looking for committed people to do this, RE : Generals B.O.W(bio oragnic weapons),its set 25 years after the first incident happened. Things go wrong and half of the world is infected.

Three sides:
-Umbrella United
-The S.T.A.R.S rebellion unit
-B.O.W

Ok... not to down you or anything but usually people on the moddb forums dont fly off the handle and join any mod idea thats posted on the forums. Usually if you have a great explanation of the mod which is at least 3-4 parahgraphs long and tell them what you contribute to the mod and show any work already started, then the thread might get some attention... otherwise its not worth making a thread over.

I suggest you think the idea through and come up with a summary of what gameplay is going to be like and what kind of modifications you will be making to the game.

What he's saying is that you need to describe all of the terms and acronyms, describe gameplay style that you're looking for, general mood and describe game setting in detail. It's generally good form

No one's going to want to come to you for imformation. You're going to have to bring it to them. And in a briefing, they tell you everything you need to know. They don't tell it to you once you get on the field.
