Red Skies? Deep Mod Idea... Thread

Mod-Description: Futuristic War

Anyway, i think i have a good mod idea.

The year is 2282... Planet Mars, 2 Nations have a conflict with each other, each having their own allies. Zone 23 (main characters nation) has both humans and aliens. Zone 26 is strictly 'Czarvons', an old species that has been on mars since 1965 A.D.

How it started: Zone 23 (Main Character's Nation) and Zone 26 were distant/confused nations since 2240. Since the research of planet Mars (founded in 2135 by Earth Scientists and Astronomists), many people and creatures have migrated from Earth and Other Planets. Zone 26's Ambassador Doermine has kept a secret from many other Nations on Mars... Bieng an alien, he wanted to get rid of all species except his own. He had the power, technology, and weapons to do anything he can think of to any place on mars. He was angry at all of the other species because his family wanted Mars to be nothing but his own species, like it used to be a centuries ago. Now after all of these years of extra Carbon Monoxide tanks, projects, and military build up, he can take over all Zone's of Mars and even Earth itself. It's up to you and other armies to stop his army.

Main Character: Greg Swanson. Sent to mars for the protection of biological and chemical studies. Has been sent to Mars for 8 years in a huge facility in Zone 23. He is apart of the "World Space Unit", Earth's army of people who are protecting scientists who study other life forms and chemical details of other planets. He has been assigned to protect Proffessor Noel Burns, along with his other teammates. Proffessor noel likes Greg, and he is more sociable to him than any of the others in his faction. Prof. Noel plays a huge role in this game... telling him rumors, facts, and should-knows about Mars and its Zones/Species.

World's Space Unit: Consists of 1.3 Million Soldiers who are humans from Earth on a mission. Ruled by General Vladi Pliskinov. They team up with an alien faction (Zone23's Mercenaries) to receive study help and military help as well. Earth and Z23M's have had great communication and get along really well.

Zone 23's Mercenaries (Z23Ms): Ruled under General Cypher. Consists of about 8,000 Aliens who are a different species than the Gyhorons of Zone 26. They are the 4 Time Evolved Species of the Gyhorons.

Zone 26's Seek Kill Destroy Army (SKD's): Ruled under Ambassador Doermine and consists of 6.2 million Gyhorons. Co-Ruler General Souine. Hates all Nations (Zones) and has intentions of eliminating other nations and planets to be the dominant species.

Zone 21's Rogue Unit (Z21RUs): Only 205 humans and 1.8 million aliens. The aliens haven't been specified yet, and taxonomists from WSU are studying them. Zone 21 gets along great with Zone 23's Mercenaries.

Zone 22's Civilians: Declassified aliens who team up with Zone 21's Rogue unit. Bieng studied by WSU's taxonomists as well...

Yeah, i made this all up off the top of my head as i was going along, so if you see "non vice-versa"'d mistakes, don't tell me, i got the plot down

Yeah lots of scripting, and will need extremely good mod staff members in each job (coding, mapping, 2d/3d artists, voice actors, etc...)

Anyone interested in helping me make this, say so. My job = mapping. No im not mod leader, coder will be.
