Pubilshing on Google Play Thread

I live in a country where google allows you to publish free apps and does not allow you to sell your app on Google Play. Can anyone guide me how I can sell my app on Google Play? I have researched a lot and found out the following solutions but they are not legal and if Google catches you, your account will be suspended.

1. Upload a free demo of your app on Google Play and redirect the user to your website when the demo is over, where full version is provided with one time or in-app purchases. (Google restricts you to redirect users to application other than google Play in published apps in its Terms and Conditions)
2. Make a Virtual or Actual US Bank account through a third party such as Payoneer or an international bank and set your country to US in your Google account. This will allow you to successfully create a merchant account on google Play. (Some time after you create an account Google asks you to provide scanned copies of Passport/Utility Bills/Driving License with your name and address mentioned on it. If you fail to do so your account will be suspended.)
3. Ask some friend/relative who lives in a country, where it is allowed to sell on google play, to create an account on your behalf and use that account. (He will have to face havoc of taxes and stuff in regards to income from google merchant account especially in countries where complex tax laws are applicable.)

Are there any companies who will publish games on Google Play, Apple AppStore and other game publishing websites on my behalf while sharing a percentage of profits? I have searched on google but could not find a reliable resource who can perform these actions. It would be of great help if anyone could guide about such companies.
