Postal 2 demo's hunting rifle? Thread

I was playing the demo and I found the grenades and the molotov and I want the hunting rifle that it metions you can find, but where is it?

If anyone would know that would be great and some simple directions.

Where did You find the grenades!? I Think I saw a rifle on the roof of the laundry/disco-building. I´m jumping up on the wall on the back side (thru the dumpster) and up in the tree, but havent gotten up on the roof yet.
