Pirates VS Ninjas Thread

Many many many forums have this discussion. So i thought, why not make a mod out of it and let the ninjas fight the pirates? From my view i think it looks like a great idea. And it could be very fun. So? Anyone up for it?

well i dont know about forum discussions, but the college my gf goes to has a group of guys that call themselves the pirates and another that are the ninjas and they do things to each other and have a rivalry going, actually kinda funny. as for a mod, not sure it would be all that entertaining, espessially since there is PVKII

But samurais are as old as Pirates Vikings Knights.

So i'd suggest samurais instead of ninjas =).

lol, exige, ninjas were around at the same time as samurais too, becos they became more feared than the samurai.

How about Samurai vs. Knights? I'd like to see a battle such as that be waged, especially since tensions were mountain against Japan and Britain for a while. It'd be a fun battle to see, especially since both are skilled in the ways of the sword. It'd be the samurai's great offense against a knight's great defense.

Pirates vs Ninjas is an old old internet joke. It kind of comes from "random teen humor" and has persisted for years now.

Im sure you would get a lot of response if it were ever done. Go for it!

As to the pirates vs. ninja idea. It's different, but maybe throw in Vikings and other cool things too.

The knights vs. samurai does sound kinda intrigueing.

Knights have armour and samurais too. I don't see anything wrong in that except the time traveling, hehe.

There's no time traveling. Samurai were around for several hundred years, actually originating way back in the 1100's. Since the Dark Ages happened in the 1600's (?), that'd mean that there wouldn't be any time traveling necessary. You'd just have England and Japan going to war against the other, perhaps when England is trying to spread its power around China so it can have a better way to attack (via surrounding it) when it tries to spread its empire to the east.

That'd work out just fine.

The question is inherently flawed. Though I favor pirates, ninjas are dedicated martial artists with lots of shiny weapons and whatnot. Pirates are a ragtag bunch of scurvy sea-dogs. See? "Scurvy". They've got a disease in their description. It would have to be Ninjas vs. super pirates, or - prefferably - robot pirates versus robot ninjas. Level playing field.
