Operation Irene - Call of Duty Modification

This is a important announcement. The game Call of Duty is coming out soon, and a team of fans are planning on a mod called Operation Irene. It will be a mod about the movie Black Hawk Down, and as you know Call of Duty will have great graphic. And some information from callofduty.org tells us that they will have these things:
Engine Details
Call of Duty is being built with a heavily modified version of the Return to Castle Wolfenstein engine which is based on the Quake III technology by iD Software. For Infinity Ward to bring to life their ideas for the game most of the game engine was totally rewritten and now boasts many new and impressive features over the original.

Some of the new features in the Call of Duty edited engine include:

A new T&L rendering system capable of 200k polygon scenes.
Support for pixel and vertex shaders.
A new skeletal animation system called Ares.
An advanced AI and pathfinding system called Conduit, which allows AI to jump over fences, go through windows, cover entrances to buildings and understand cover fire.
A new and powerful scripting system.
A vehicle system.
New lighting tools.
And many more.

Editing Information
Because of the large modification capabilities with any Quake III based engine Infinity Ward are planning on releasing tool to help the community develop new and exciting mods for Call of Duty. No detailed information on what tools will be released or when we can expect them has been released.
