Old Game I Forgot The Name Of Thread

There was a game I downloaded here years ago (back when I was using Windows XP) and it was so addicting. But I've forgotten the name and after searching for at least 20 minutes on this site I decided to make a thread asking if anyone else remembered it.

Basically, the game was first person, and consisted of jumping from one platform to another to get points. These platforms were all of varying sizes and had different effects that corresponded to colours. For example, if I remember correctly, hitting multiple orange platforms in succession gave you more and more points for each platform you hit. Separating these platforms was something blue... I can't remember if it was water or just a blue floor, but it was definitely blue. If you hit this you died and had to start over.

That's all I can really remember, so if anyone else remembers it and could give me the name that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm 99% sure he was looking for this game Island Hopping. Fun game indeed.
