Convict Gaming, who host a couple of sweet servers for Shotgun Sunrise, are having a mapping comp.

To celebrate the launch of our new Shotgun Sunrise servers, Convict Gaming & The Developers of Shotgun Sunrise are holding a Shotgun Sunrise mapping contest! You can enter an objective-based SS map, a fun-based SS map, or both.

Prizes:
1st Place � $50 USD sent via PayPal, a (1) year reserved slot on all Convict Gaming servers. & become an official map
2nd Place � $25 US sent via PayPal, a (1) year reserved slot on all Convict Gaming servers & become an official map.
3rd Place - (1) year reserved slot on all Convict Gaming & possibility of becoming an official map.

Contest starts now and ends May 18th, 2009

The winners will be decided through by CvG members & Devs of SS play-testing the map then by them voting on the maps.

Rules:
-Everybody is qualified to enter.
-Any entry that use anything other than public Shotgun Sunrise, Valve, or personal content will be disqualified.
-You must be the original mapper.
-You may enter as many maps as you wish.
-The map must NOT already be in public circulation (this inlcudes altering any prexisting map). You are allowed to test your map but please try to keep the map private until after contest winners are announced.
-Maps can either be Shotgun Sunrise fun style or objective style.
-By submitting an entry to this contest, you agree to give the Convict Gaming Community (CvG) full rights to the map, including the right to edit, play, and distribute the map. The original creators will be credited for all of their work.
-All source material (vmf, custom model or texture, sounds) used in the map must be submitted along with a playable version of the map.

To submit your entry, upload your map (make sure it is a secure and safe site�no Filefront!) and all the other used and required material. Afterwards, PM ME (Violent Crimes) the file links. Please include your forum name and the name you wish credit.
