Need help Thread

hi, i wanna make a mod about a book called Ender's Game, i wanna make it good, some of you may have read it, the best action/sci-fi book i've ever read and i need a mapper (i'm a mapper but need another i'm guessing) a programmer/coder, and modeler, and animation, now this is first attempt to make a mod, and thats what i'm guessing is what i need to make this happen, i need help if i should make it single player or multi player, maybe if single player works out first, since it's probably easier to make a sp game then a mp game, then maybe later we can move onto multi player, i was thinking for single player..well let me give you the story line of the book for those who haven't read it: there is a 6 year old kid (he starts out 6) and the government asks him to join military school training, that takes the form of "games"

It is quite cool, it's a big arene, with opstacles, no gravity, and they bounce, and richochet, and have lasers, when they hit a person in a certain spot, that area gets froze, and can't move, like for instance, if his legs got shot, he couldn't richochet and bounce around walls as easily, and if he is hit in head or directly in the chest (maybe) he is totally "disabled" and out of the game. the rest, you don't need to know, least i don't think so, if so, go read the book! awesome book, but anyway i want some help on making this mod work. my AOL SN is: killerbee56 email is steyr_aug_rocks@hotmail.com thats my contact info, so the single player as i was saying would be the "games" and for you who read the book, could play as Bean, Ender, of course, and others. Not sure how hard bots are to make, i bet pretty **** hard..maybe whichever is easier, multi player, or single player with bots or computer. Help me out here please? thanks

I find it wierd to, i prefer to read something if there is double line paragraphs it jusy looks so much easier than it all clumped together

i know, i usually do, i was getting carried away, eheheh but suffer the torture, it's worth it

it might not be right and i might of put sentences in the wrong place but i find it easier to read when its short paragraphs

i meant put in periods for different thoughts... it doesnt look well thought out, or very coherent at that... i just want sentances

Whoa, you need more then an idea,

, you basically need the whole team, if you are a mapper I see no need for annother mapper, unless you aren't a very good mapper. A SP mod is harder to make then a MP mod

People are more likely to help out if you type with proper grammer and spelling.

...jeez, is this gramar, coding, and modeling? whats up with you guys, i'm 12 years old i'm not like unstoppable, i'm asking for help, andnot one of you said anything....i can do it, but i could see if it was hard to read, but i can read it in a snap, without no bad comments...now you won't help for sure since you know i'm 12, thanks alot, you guys were a real ******* help...

Aea is only one that helped me out a little bit, yes aea, i am not the best mapper, so i need a secondary mapper who's got skillz,i would go to valve-erc but they are all screwed up. No one will help me here, i know a C++ programer/coder but he isn't on much...and mp it is then if we can make it. Finding the team seems to be the hardest part.

P.S. for those who comment on my writing, is that better? or still to hard to read for ur little eyes?
