Need help HL Coding Thread

hi i need help, When i found 1 guide thats whas easy to understand idid what its stand but only 1 thing blaster.cpp is dont coming whit the mp.dll here is the guide:

To work on this challenge you'll need blaster.cpp. This implements a fully working new gun into Half-Life. There are a few problems with this gun:

The only way to get the gun is to type give weapon_blaster into the console.
The only way to select the gun is by typing weapon_blaster into the console.
The gun has unlimited ammo.

Putting an entity into a Worldcraft map called weapon_blaster will allow you to pick it up. Your challenge is to make it selectable from the HUD and for bonus points make it use ammo.

English please? What guide? Something that includes the source and you just compile it? I'm afraid you're actually not understanding it easily

Wait, what? You made a map called Weapon_Blaster to spawn the weapon? That is what I got out of that.
