Need a working tutorial Thread

Hello guys. Sorry if this is a wrong section but I need a help. I want to make a mod on Source engine but I can't find working tutorials on that. I've found few but they are not working. The most that I succeeded to do is make that my "mod" shows up in the steam library, when I click play, it launches, but then it crashes with no errors. This is the link to that tutorial:
