natraul selection in the source engine is going to be excellent, id say thats mod only weakness was graphiics and even that didnt stop it being a very fun mod. shame NS2 is going to be retail, but maybe itll be worth it. |

Actually, this is sort of old news. I read something about this months ago, before Half-Life 2 was even released, about Natural Selection being released through the Source engine. Something tells me he'd have a better time setting up a deal with VALVe to have the game be released on retail, just like Counter-Strike and Day of Defeat. It sort of surprises me that VALVe hasn't done that yet, since NS is the third most popular mod for Half-Life -- "He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster." |
