My New Game Thread

I just made a text adventure game in Ruby, and it's looking pretty good from my point of view.

It's not much, because I just finished making it's first pre-alpha build today, so don't say anything hateful or mean,, just give me feedback on how it looks.

Fixed text strings being "run-on to each other"
The patch is pretty much a bugfix.

To be honest, it needs quite a bit of work. The text is just a long run-on sentence, there's no pause at the end, so I can't even see what it says, and there's no checking to see if the user even entered their name correctly. Instead of entering my name I can just hit Enter. I guess for a beginner's project, it's a start. Keep working on it, mate. You'll get better.
