Modding Gta Vice City Thread

Hey there!

I believe in you guys! I wanted to create a mod for gta vice city that probably isn't that hard to make, but I can't do it. You know the custom taxi missions, right? You enter a taxi, you press CTRL and you begin to drive people. However there are only couple of locations. 2 hospitals, poll club, beach, police stations and pizza restaurant. I would really appreciate it if there were more different locations. I am willing to pay if somebody can make such a mod. For example to add 10 or 20 more locations for the taxi missions.
