Mod program Thread

What mod programs does everyone mostly use to make thier half life mods? I am trying out Worldcraft 3.x, just got it and havent tried it yet.

worldcraft only makes the maps, to do the main programing you need some C++ programming skills, for making models uou would need 3D graphics packages and the skills to use them, there aint no main program.. and you need a team

i do alot of mapping, not for mods, just for myself, when im told to help with someone i panic and dont make a map for them
