Early last year, I started my own fanfiction called 'Alliance'. In it, an gifted rebel from Half-Life 2 named Ben is caught up in an interstellar war between two factions; the Alliance (good) and the Collective (evil). Eventually, Ben learns that the Combine are in league with the Collective and is persuaded in aiding the Alliance in their battle to bring peace to the galaxy. Many franchises are involved, including Metroid, Halo, Half-Life, Mass Effect, Star Wars and more.

Recently, I came up ideas that would fit into an Alliance game. There wouldn't be a single-player campaign, due to complications and what-not, but I thought it would be a cool idea for multiplayer-focused game like Unreal Tournament, Quake III, Counter-Strike and other similar titles, with game modes like Capture the Flag, Assault, King of the Hill among other stuff. I figured that I would do a concept image of a character selection screen for Endurance, a game mode that's akin to Gears of War's Horde, Halo's Firefight and pretty much any survival game mode in video games.

Here's the final result

Now, ever since I posted this, I hear people saying that they would play this if it was an actual game or mod. Unfortunately, due to the copyright bullsh*t that would come out of it, this has utterly 0% chance of happening. However, if it did happen, would you play it?

It sounds alright.. but it seems to look and sound a bit like a soul calibur game with loads of different characters and franchises thrown together... it may be a great combination but to me it just seems a little weird and unrealistic (unless that's the look your going for) Of course though this is just my opinion and in no way am i intending to condemn your idea or imagination, im a little sceptical if it ever did happen whether this would work
