MMORPG Idea Thread

Hows this? You make your character, a cowboy or cowgirl. And work on your stats like horse riding, duels, mining and more. Also do quests like, bank robbing, brake a outlaw out of jail, and lots more.

So its like most MMORPG but set in the wild west.

Before I get started in making this tc. I want to know what people think about it!

sounds a little strange, the bad thing about a western mod is the locations... there is too much desert and little going on in the towns.

although the quests side of it would be fun

Ahhh ... but before you start drifting off into dillusions of grandeur ... ask yourself, will this actually be possible? How will you begin to implement your proposal? Inevitably you'll have to draw some sort of compromise upon what is physically possible, and if so, in what way? Will it cripple the gameplay altogether?

What you describe is a very large undertaking, and will need extensive planning ... it certainly won't be easy. It'd be great if you were able to pull if off, of course, however I feel it needs a little more thought. That's the reality, I'm sorry to piss on your parade
