In AOE II there were loads of LOTR mods and it made loads better, dya fink ne1s gonna make a LOTR mod for AOE III?

I wouldn't be surprised. There's always people trying to cash in on the LOTR series (okay, not really cash in, but lose originality by using an already-famous series).

However, with the release of "Battle for Middle Earth", I don't think it's necessary anymore. There we have a great RTS game, so it would be kind of pointless to create another one.

Yea bfme is great but it isnt really like AOE, you have less freedom in bfme

To answer your question Gothmog, I don't know, but probably. No reason you can't do one too though. Competition=fun![sarcasm] Just look at EA! [/sarcasm]
