Medieval Europe Help Thread

Hello-

I'm relatively new here {first day} and need some help...

I'm playing Medieval Europe right now. Very new to the game and trying to migrate from my character's home region {London, Kingdom of England} to Avranches {Kingdom Of Normandy}. for a task that is part of the game. Went to the harbor area in the game. Clicked "Sail" and I am shown this map. I selected Avranches on the map and was able to zoom in etc etc etc. But the normal things that you think that you should see {political structures, religious structures, other structures etc etc} don't come up. I just put in a support ticket too. But still wondering if anyone knows where to go with this...
