Description


Me and PostApocalypse is a first-person shooter with elements of survival. The action takes place in 2114, when a meteorite hit planet Earth meteorite and infected everything with a plague. People who lived on the Earth began to ache and infect others, becoming zombies. But the meteorites were no coincidence! Alien droids sent a specifically infected meteorite to Earth to take over the planet and colonize it. You, the project scientists, are survivors hiding out in the bunkers. The plague has no effect on you, and you're the only one who can rid the Earth of the droid, preventing them from "calling home" and destroying the lair. You are faced with an obstacle, through which only you can pass. Good luck hero!

The graphics are really sweet but the story sounds kind of weird. First of all it sounds pretty cliche ("An apocalypse happens and everyone apart from you becomes zombies, you are the only one who can stop the apocalypse") It has been used soooooo many times. Also there are some parts in the game description that don't make a lot of sense. For example why the aliens sent a meteroite and not an accurate missile instead? Secondly why sent a virus from the time you want to colonize a place, this virus would exist in the atmosphere and would probably destroy animals and plants as well. From the time they have the technology to infect a meteorite they should be able to conquer earth just with a few soldiers and machines. Finally and most important, from the time the game takes place in 2114 how humans haven't improved their technology and they are still using todays weapons and structures?
I may be going a bit too deep in it but I hope this comment helped. Good luck with your project!

Looks like you have some cool mechanics from the screens. Subtle, but I like the 'waypoint' on the destination - similar to google maps. It's good that stuff works 'post-apocalypse' aha.

Where is the artwork from (header)?

I think it would look better with higher res terrain textures.
