You are more likely to get better results if you update your opening post with more information about the project. What is involved? What do you have so far? In what format will the person receive credit etc.

Yeah like Glitch100 said.

I've been using Unity for awhile now, and finding a beginner to help could work,
however, most beginners will be to nervous to help, I know I would be.
Because even though they can learn a lot, they still need to be able to produce viable results
thus, you're better off making the game your self unless you're willing to pay someone who
at least is an Intermediate.

However, not to put anyone down, Unity script isn't so great, C# is way better.
But I can say Unityscript can get results quicker than C# because I my self personally find it easier to use,
but C# even though it's more of a task it produces more results that are better. If I make any sense?

But yeah, had to put my 2 cents in LOL.

As glitch said though, you need to put more info into what you're wanting, levels, characters, weapons, scripting, animation, shaders, post image processing, music design, sound effect design, motion capture, animation, and more, and does it need to be Low Poly or High poly models if you want modeling done,
do you want stuff uv unwrapped, or just a model with no texture, do you need people to texture stuff?

I'm not trying to beat you down,
just the more people are informed, the better you're results with answers will be.
I'm only just trying to help, that's all.

Hope you find someone willing to help.
