Looking for some skilled modders/php coder Thread

I'll get straight into the details of this mod which is well probably one of the biggest mods that will possibly be created, I originally planned this mod as a standalone about 4 years ago with a friend I’d learned to map from and its become almost like a trilogy and the universe we set it in grew over those 4 years gradually growing more detailed. It will be a HL2 mod it will be the best engine to portray the mod.

Not to ruin the mod (which will be a single player / multiplayer mod) for you all here is the story up to the events before where you play.

Sirius - The growth and fall of man

The year is somewhere after 2800, and almost all of humanity has been wiped out after the war on earth in 2523, a date that no human would forget. We are slaves on the alien planet Sirius. Anger, depression and death all that we retain now, as our captors, two defying races of alien and cyborg fight for control. Control of the most powerful item in the entire universe. To control and rule all. Let me start at the beginning...

The ancients of Sirius were of the peaceful kind. They ruled over all of the races of the universe. They ruled with an item known as the Siriucan. This was a stone found on Sirius believed to be gift from the gods. Annuk'ran, the leader of Sirius, for thousands of years was the bearer of this stone. He was already a kind Siriurian, and that is why he believed the stone to be bestowed upon him. He brought the people of Sirius to be the greatest in the entire galaxy, with his knowledge and strength. No one would dare oppose them, for the stone had great power, and with the great power, the people of Sirius yielded the strongest of weapons, if need be. They noticed a new race being formed on the planet Earth and wanted this people to live in peace as all races have always been. But Annuk'ran breathed his last breath, and life left the wisest and kindest of all. With his last breath left the leadership to Ji'ran. The stone also fell under his control. But he was nothing like Annuk'ran. Envious, deceitful, and full of greed became Ji'ran when he gained full knowledge of the Siriucan. This began the fall of Sirius. He began his dominance by force, and utilized all of the Siriucan's power, and with this power he formed a new order bearing his name. Conflict was bestowed on the entire universe and peace was something left behind. The new race became savages and later became more intelligent, but the same qualities Ji'ran and the universe now had, the new race of man gained as well.

Ji'ran watched how quickly humanity evolved, and began helping humans build. In time all of this knowledge was lost, because the people of Sirius began a huge war with the races of the universe. This lasted for thousands of years. After the victorious war, Ji'ran remembered the race and looked back at them now with a gazing eye. His war gave him a new technology, to give back to the wounded new life. This was with the use of robotics. This begins the story of the Cyborg. But he did not want to use his own people to experiment on. He turned to the humans and began taking them for use of these experiments. While doing so he leaders of the earth began talks with the order of Ji'ran and they began to accumulate their knowledge. They agreed on the taking of some of their people for this knowledge. Later on Ji'ran gave them the technology to make cyborgs, but he didn't tell all of the details. He gave them computer like chips to implant into the half robotic/half human breed which where disguised at thought enhancing chips. These chips were directly linked to the Siriuians, so that Ji'ran may control them at any given moment. And that he did. After all the victorious wars, utilizing the new technology, humans began mass-producing the cyborgs as their armies. Full body armour and robotic limbs made the new humans stronger and more powerful. Ji'ran now saw the opportunity to finish his plan. He didn't trust the humans anymore and he feared their quick advancements. He made the cyborgs turn on humanity and this war was short. Almost all of humanity was lost. The last of the humans were found and brought to Sirius, for Earth was left destroyed and unliveable. No resources for the Ji'ran to use, they destroyed Earth and all remaining humans became slaves and test subjects for the Ji'ran.

The people of Sirius and the Cyborgs controlled the galaxy with an evil glare. Any thought of retaliation became quickly diminished. Soon later on the Cyborg learned of the full power of the Siriucan. They became envious of the Ji'ran they were apart of. This divided them all. The people of Sirius who wished for peace lived in exile; the Cyborgs who remained loyal to their human counterparts were either destroyed or thrown in the same jails as the humans. The Ji'ran and the Cyborgs now fought for supremacy. This enabled those humans who willing to break free from the Ji'ran the chance. They too learned of the Siriucan and they decided if it was in their power. This was their time. Their time to survive and retaliate. Their suffering has lasted far to long. I am one of those willing and able. I will break free...

What I need is simple

PHP coder - I have a layout created already, I just need the raw stuff to go in and I’m not particularly skilled in the code sector so if possible a news system and everything should be included, should be easy enough for a chimp to use .

Modelers - yep quite important I have 1 or 2 ready lined up but they are part timing I know Turk very well (not sure about you guys) he is a really good modeller but I know his tendencies for getting lazy =D. Modellers should be ok working from concept images which are being "re-drawn" at the moment because the others are 4 years old and the mod has had a bit of a face lift since then.

Mappers - not totally important at the moment, I don’t know how different the hl2 mapping program is to quake 3's but if any HL mappers want to spend some time training me I would much appreciate that but from what I’ve seen hl map editor is similar to q3's so there shouldn’t be too much trouble making the change.

Coders - once again not totally important right now but they will be a requirement in the near future

2d artists / texture artists / skinners / animators - also happy to take on anyone in these sections i have a severe lack of them and I’m sure they will be helpful at this stage in development

Also would be grateful if someone can set me up a IRC room, I don’t know much about that either .
