looking for help with movement Thread

i'm not sure if this is the right place to post but i have some questions on manipulating movement in an engine.

i want to recreate Q3 CPM movement in an engine. I'm looking at unreal engine mainly and am curious if theres any tutorials for people completely new to messing with modding/game engines specifically for movement. (pref. for ue3) :3

Why not just learn the entire engine. Odds are your game is going to have more than just moving around? Movement is one of the first things tutorial series teach you about, so start googling and follow a series. I know thenewboston does a good UE3 series.
