Looking for advice Thread

I am a digital artist looking to get involved in with concept work or character design. Can anyone suggest the most acceptable methods of submitting work to a community project?

Most of my recent work can be found through the website on my profile.
I am flexible, but my strengths are in the obscure ends of the horror/scifi genres. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

- Well, you could look around for community driven projects you might like and forward your content/ideas.
- You could reply to the many job adds on this very fine site.
- You could start a project of your own and (with some proper preparation) attract others to your cause.

Really, the images in your profile are looking quite nice but three single images might not be enough. A proper 'portfolio' with a little more of your art would open up many more doors.

My artist friends all have tumblrs that they set up for a portfolio. That would be a good idea because of how easy to use and show off something like that would be. Maybe look into learning how to make a website? Then you could really show off your artistic abilities.
