i am managing 4 mods currently registered at modDB, and i have noticed that when i post a new image, the only image types there are "consept, ingame, map, player model and weapon model" cant you guys just make that "map, in-game, render, caracter"? or please add, as an alternative, the render option... --

Generally speaking those cover any possible image. The only other one I could think of would be "Artwork". Renders of models either go into the model category or the concept category. Scene renders are generally concept. |

Not to mention, some concepts could be for weapons or vehicles, and a lot of people like to see that kind of work as well. If Moddb removed a couple of them, then you'd obviously have someone jumping on the forums complaining that there aren't enough things covered when you post an image. Might as well have more than less. -- "He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster." |

i dont need vehicle consepts, i need vehicle RENDERS on some mods, a space ship(only an example) can look like a weapon. this is only a blunt example, ofcource, but it is bound to hapen, if not allready... --

Then put it under renders? I don't see your point. As long as under the description you say it's a spaceship, then you'll be fine. -- "He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster." |
