There is probably not much you can do about this but it really ticks me off to be scrolling through the hl2 mod profiles and see so many mods that have not been updated for 8-10 months and are obvioulsly dead. I think the mod profiles that have been idle for this long should be taken off the list until the mod leader "revives" the mod profile, when and if they ever come back to work on the mod.

Just a thought... im sorry if there is already a system that does this. If there was I didnt notice it.

We have a staffer who archives mods that haven't been updated in so long.

The system deals with this one - mods just need time to be caught by staffers

Ok.... but there are a massive amount of mods that have been idle 10 months to a year that are just sitting there... I say unless the mod is released and no longer needs to update the profile then it can stay to get feedback, but other mods should be archived.

Ok thanks... all I wanted to know.

They're getting archived. It's just that you can still search among those mods is what the case is. That's all that I can really think up of right now...
