Idea for c&c modders Thread

Before i say anything, i must say that i DO NOT look for entire mod team, not even anyone in particular, this is just wild idea i had and had to throw it into forums and since i dont know large single c&c community site, i post it here in hopes someone see it. (btw im sorry if i posted it in wrong section).
But to the point.

I was watching trough some tiberian sun videos, when i started thinking. So, all tiberium universe games are following GDI storyline (i.e where GDI wins), but there is possibility for whole alternate storyline, where Nod came out of TD events as winner. The way i see it, Nod would have gained power, more funds and followers, while GDI would have basically pushed to underground (officially GDI is seen as crushed) as Nod, having huge power, influences most countries of the world enough not to fund GDI. However many determined soldiers still continue resistance, sometimes joining forces with Nod rebels (yes, everlasting component of Nod) and/or first mutants and/or main forces of few countries that still support GDI (those would be more in numbers, but very weak by comparison). It would be basically role switch, however Nod still keeps many of its elements, while scatters of GDI have to think creatively to develop its own troops. Also, GDI-s situation could be more dire than of Nod-s situation in vanilla games, as GDI is internationally funded (funding, which is now cut) military organisation. For example, first part of the mod (that is if anyone is willing to take modding up, as i seriously dont mod myself, and i could ONLY provide some storyline if gravely needed), GDI would have literal junk in their disposal.
This idea goes on, but its half 2 in night in here, so i better stop
