I have a question about Enemy Territory... Thread

I dunno if this is one of those dumb annoying newbie questions, I hope not, but I need to know. Is Enemy Territory modifiable? I mean, I don't see any mods out there for it and the game is a standalone and free so mods for it would be really nice. I know RTCW supports mods, so I was just wondering if ET supports them also. Thanks.

Hmm.. All of ET mods I've seen were just skin/model/sound replacement packs or new maps, but they didn't have any source code changes or true innovations.

I'm not sure is it moddable; I heard that someone is creating a game on ET's source, so maybe it's SDK is available.
