how to upload a screnshot of a game your making Thread

Hello,,,,,,,,i would like to know how to upload a preview screenshot of a game i am making.
the game is FAR CRY: level one made in far cry 3 engine. I tried to upload in games and addons,, but I cant post
a photo becuase I made the screenshot in the editor using the prt/scr button. its a .png file
and can NOT be uploaded to the site..

how too make a photo from the editor so I can post my progress.

.png files is what i upload, what program are you using to save your print/screenshot to?

If you have the game set up then click images tab and the + sign to add media check the image size (dimensions),
sorry if this is vague but i don't fully understand the problem.

To make a photo from your editor screenshot just open up your windows paint program or whatever photo editor program you have(gimp,photoshop,etc..) and edit the screenshot. Cut out the toolbars from the editor pic and all the editor parts you dont want in the photo and after that just stretch your photo to fit the screen covering all the blank spots you made by erasing photo parts. Then just edit the whole size of the photo to whatever sizes desura wants them at ( 64x64,1024x678,etc..)
Maybe the reason why you can't upload to the site is because your photo sizes are not the same as they require ?
