how to change the hud in empire at war forces of Corruption Thread

I do not like the yellow colored menus and hud in EAW forces of corruption and i want to change it to another color can anyone tell me what xmls and where in that xml to change P.S where in the xml because some xmls are really long and I do not want to read though four five hours of writing to find what i am looking for

CommandBarComponents.xml I believe is the file you are looking for.
