Hey Devs! We're putting together a small team to produce our first game, a 2D quirky group of mini-games following the narrative a normal guy named Fred as he eats, gyms and cavorts his way into getting fit. We're looking for a talented coder to help us bring the game to life on iOS. Art assets will be provided to your specifications, your input on game design will be appreciated, and salary is negotiable. We're looking to have most-to-all of the coding within a two month period on this short-form mobile title. If you think you're right for the job, hit us back with your resume, links to any games you've worked on (and anything else that speaks to your mobile game coding ability) as soon as you're able. We have other, larger projects in the works, and it's absolutely possible for this to be the start of a beautiful relationship.

Looking forward to hearing from you,The Dev Team @ Pilcrow*

What we're looking for:

- Unity scripts in JavaScript, C# or Boo
- Motivation
- At least 10 hours a week to dedicate to the project
- General Unity knowledge (proficient in Unity preferred)
- Quality Assurance

Examples of the work you’ll be doing:
- GUI Creation
- Scene Changing
- Classes & Object scripting/programming
- Simple behavior scripts

*Pilcrow Productions is a New York Based Production company operating out of Brooklyn. We've been making movies thus far, and while we're still going full steam ahead on that front, we're breaking into games too! Check out our site @ Pilcrowproductions.com!

Hypothetically, could this project be made for Android and then ported to iOS? It would make it easier for many coders who do not have a Mac (which is a lot).

Hello,
I am Jose 41 years old. Technician Architects. Coding since I was 12.

I look forward to finding people with good art and original ideas to collaborate with my coding skills.

I have a big experience with c++. Here in indiedb I am developing 2 games. One of the with an Artist and the other one alone. In github/jose55 I have some small games too.

I have a bit experience with Unity and I have worked with other languages like Java, C# and Python.
I have those 10 hours a week available.

Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks

That project can be done in C++.

C++ and C-Objective are used to develop in IOS.
C++ and Java are used to develop in Android. But to develop with C++ in Android we have to use the NDK no the SDK.

Hi, my name is Paul Laudun and I have about 1 1/2 years experience in Unity3D (C#) as well as some experience in UDK.

If you need any help on this, let me know? I can definitely provide some assistance on programming this game. I am also well aware of the ability of Unity to export out for iOS, Android, and Windows Phones (in the newer update 4.5). Here is a small demo of what I have done as a school project using Unity (a 2D plat-former called "Mind Runner 2D"):

Youtube.com

I have a good working knowledge of the API for Unity, know how to program in C#, and would be more than willing to give up 10+ hours a week (probably more around 40+ knowing me :P) to help get this game made.

Feel free to pm me, e-mail me (paul.laudun@gmail.com), or Skype me (pjlx911). And we'll go from there!

Hope to be a productive part of your group!
- Paul
