Hi I am having problems with running Project Zomboid and it is getting on my nerves. I think that it can only run on Windows XP 32-bit, or it needs at least a 32-bit operating system. Please help me out, and by the way I am new on here so please be nice.

Are you running the 32 bit version and have you asked this issue or researched this issue on the main forums for the game?

Failed to launch item Project Zomboid, File is not valid exe [c:\Program Files (x86)\Desura\Common\Project Zomboid\ProjectZomboid32.exe]. [61.0] and i try to uninstall and reinstall it but it is not working and when i verify the files it gets stuck on java 1 out of 1

Ah yes, that demo is out of date, we should just remove it since the install settings have changed for the actual release. Try the standalone download if you want to use the demo as it will not work out of the Desura app.
