Halo demo mod Thread

This could work on any halo map, but i have the demo. I was thinking of adding an extra section to blood gulch, or a cheat where if you get the flamethrower then the overshield in that cave, then walk into the rock in the middle, it will teleport you to a secret sniper area. There could also be a waarthog with a fuel rod instead of a rocket launcher.

I just don't have a clue how to make a mod. I have c++ installed on my computer, but i don't have a clue how to use it.

You're slitely screwed. It's not a bad idea, but it's not nessesarily Mod material. It's not a real conversion, it's just adding a little thing to a map. If you wanted to do that, you'd need to learn how to make Halo maps and such, and that's *all* it would require. You're problem is that you only have the demo. To start, if you really want to do this, buy the game.

Also, while that concept would be *neat* atleast, no one will care enough to download a whole map for that one little thing. Maybe you want to do it for self-benifet...

why would you give someone a flamethrower, then send them to a sniper spot........dosnt seem to make any sense.

Hmmm, i recommend buying Halo CE, its the best way, if not the only way, to mod halo PC.
