Half Life Naruto Mod | Locked | |

I've thought of a mod for Naruto. Even though lots of people have already began working on projects having to do with Naruto, I believe that that concept I have would be just as or even more intresting. I've shared my idea with a Naruto forum and they added and expanded the idea. Forums.narutofan.com The idea goes along the lines of this: It would be first/third person. To perform techniques you would have each hand seal bound to a key on your keyboard. Once you have performed a technique once, then you could map it to a key for faster use the next time. Also, you could improve the skill level of the technique by increased use of it, making it faster to peform, as well as stronger. The acrobatic system would be one similar to that of The Specialists Half life mod. This system makes it very easy to perform flips and other acrobatic actions. In unarmed combat, you would have left kick as punch, right click as kick and middle mouse as block. You could then peform combos like in fighting games. You would be able to switch to kunai and shuriken as in most first person shooters, by using the scroll wheel or the number keys. Middle mouse would remain as block. I was also thinking of an online part where you would create your own ninja persona. You would be able to choose your bloodline limit along with what you look like. You would start off in the academy, and then assigned a team of actual online players. When all of you are online, you would be able to take on missions of varying ranks. Every month or so the game would hold a chunnin exam in which you could actually compete in with your team. Eventually if you're good enough you could try out for an ANBU squad. You could learn different techniques from different people in Konoha and beyond. If you felt right, you could leave Konoha and join another village. Of course a mission would open to get the person back. Levels could be added for the weapons, upgrading both shurkien and kunai, making them faster, and stronger. The levels would also enable you to attach explosive notes to them. Though a few parts of this idea are a bit far fetched, I think the core game could be done. If anyone has anything to add to this idea, feel free. Also, if anyone would be able to make this, please post. Edited by: Kade |
