generic mod installer? Thread

Im looking for something i can use that will extract a zip to a located game folder.
that simple to package and free.
so people can download this with my mod and have it extract to the right place without them having to figure out where the game is and all that stuff.

any ideas.
JGME is overkill and more complicated than what i want.
