I recommend you using the Lua Scripter Hire/Recruitment thread on Facepunch as you have higher chance to find someone on that thread than you will have here on moddb.

What sorts of things are you looking to do? Darkrp is pretty simple on the lua sides of things and has been made to be easy to edit or modify. Incase you can't find anyone just hit up the Darkrp Wiki has everything you need to know about lua and Darkrp to try do it yourself.

Umm we just need someone who can add scripts like our server uses the TDMcars pack and we want to put a passanger mod on but it cant be no collided when we do, just stuff like that. Ill check out the links.

Passenger Mod was made for TDM cars would you mind going more depth on what you trying to do? When you have both Passenger Mod and TDM cars running on the server together does the cars have no collide? is that what you meant?

We have TDMcars and when we tested the Passenger mod we couldn't no collide cars so we have to decide between no collide or passenger mod... we want both to work and we cant do that at the moment because we dont know how.

Ah I see I was hoping I could provide some insight on the problem but unfortunately I can not
