Game icon suggestion? Thread

Alright so I've been working on this game for the last 4 weeks and I'm at a point where I would like to work on an icon for the game. I have no clue what to make. My friend suggested making the player the icon - which I like BUT I would like to hear what other people think I should make too.

Here's what my game's about:
Title: Fault
Objective: Sandbox, randomly generated.
Style: Floating sky islands with faults in the world.

Make it a little generic island split in half. One side having the palm tree and the other with a little dude in it.

you can try the background main part being the sun (yellow) with the dude(white) standing on a layer of ground (brown) with a mini fault (grey) in the second layer, and ground again (brown) on a third layer.Though I also second ExoNaut's idea.
