Hello everyone,

Just dropping by to say hi today as I just joined the community to get some news out on the current indie-title our studio Decemberborn is working on. I'm a composer from The Netherlands and I'm currently working on the soundtrack of our own in-house game Cathedral. I have a lot of experience with more corporate music like jingles, sound effects and basically I've been everywhere and love doing anything.

If you are ever looking for an 8-bit Famitracker soundtrack and want authenticity I'm your guy, but I also know my way around with modern scores and FX. I'm just going to drop a YouTube video with some alpha gameplay of Cathedral here and a link to my Soundcloud. Follow me and I'll follow you back and we can be happy.

Aron Kramer // Decemberborn

Here is one of the tracks I did for the soundtrack of Cathedral called Shade Forest.

Here is a gameplay video of the first tutorial section of the game with music: Youtube.com

Cathedral is heavily inspired by games such as Metroid and Castlevania, featuring an open-world platforming experience with endless secrets, temple-like instances with puzzles and enough RPG-elements to deliver a mind-blowing, nostalgic experience. The game will also feature a difficulty that will even be appreciated by the most seasoned gamers.

The game is being developed by Eric Lavesson, who is also the founder of Decemberborn and we're a two-man team! You can follow updates on the game on our Tigsource: Forums.tigsource.com

Gameplay of the second area (Shade Forest) can be watched here: Youtube.com

We're currently also working on the first town of the game: Twitter.com
