yea.. theres two things you can do. of course, making music needs alot of time and well the ability to play musical instramints*. or you could get pro quality software and find lots of free sound loops. which are hard to find trust me. -- running a hot rodded mac mini |

Most of the stuff by ParagonX9 is good. Also, the music there is free to download and use. Just give proper credit. Edited by: Sticky |

Find music you like on free mp3 sites, then email the authors to ask permission. Many small bands/musicians will be happy for you to use their music, as it gets them publicity. -- Defeat in Detail 2 - Standalone RTS Game |

There are numerous websites dedicated to free, license unencumbered music. Creative Commons is the licensing system - googling Creative Commons music should get you some hits. Now, anybody got a good recommendation of where to find sounds? And plus, anybody know if the sprites in Abuse are opensource? The game was free'd, indluding the sprite content, but I don't know the license. |
