Hi folks,

my idea is to form a small hobby team to make our own adventure game.

To keep the workload low, I would suggest a first-person view with rendered background graphics in a engine like Visonaire, Unity, AGS or so.
English text only, and no voices for the beginning, we can add such things at a later stage.
So the style would be like a classic point and click adventure like "Myst", but we're open to any other setting, like phantasy/realistic, time, genre and so on.

The first milestones would be to:

a) form a team
b) agree on the game we like to make, organisation of the team and the workflow
c) make a playable demo (maybe attract more people by this to get the work for the final game done)
d) test and finish the game playable
e) maybe add more to the game later like cutscenes, different language translations, voice actors and so on.

For the core team, I would suggest the following tasks and put (me) in where I also could contribute:

1) plot and story: (me) +
2a) put our game in an existing engine (me depending on the engine) +
and
2b) coding/programming stuff for this engine for extra things we need:
3) graphics (me) and animations:
4) sounds:
5) testing: (me) +
6) team and workflow organisation: (me) +

So if youre interested in any of the above fields, just contact me with a little resume of what you could contribute to the game.
