Experienced Coder & Mapper requested (18yrs +) Thread

Drek is looking for members to expand the current team.

The team is small, but everyone is highly skilled and proffesional.

At this time the team is:

Alright, because i almost got an heart attack when i saw that.

yeh I have to say, i saw that car and was like - ure not human...

Just wondering. Why 18+? There are talented and mature people under that age. Ah, nevermind, maybe it's good thing. I have to say that those images looked very good and I would be watching this mod, but it's awaiting authorisation.

Asides maturity, adults will, more often, also have more time available (no school popping up, etc.), have better problem-solving capabilities and will moreoften be able to work without needing constant attention.

If I were to look for new team members, then one of my requirements would also be to have a minimum age of 18 and previous work available.

Of course, you also have to offer something in return, but it looks like this team is more then able to do that.

(So would I, in such a situation.. Just so that's clear, as I've used myself as an example.. )

Never had so much free time since I was around 16-18.. after that is university and even after is job.. free time is going decreasing unfortunatelly

There sure are people under 18 who are very talented indeed. But school, 'mom and dad' and capabilities are the downside.

You draw a line at a certain point i guesss...
