Empire at War Characters Thread

Is there a way of makeing say and EMpire hero into a Rebel Hero?
Would if be a case of adding in an affilaition code line?

I'm trying to edit the XML files for the characters so they are useble by different factions in the game

I wouldn't know how as far as code right now. But I'd assume that it is the same as what most modders do when adding units to factions. You would have to put the corresponding codes from one side to the other. I'd look at the tutorials on how to add units and follow that.
