Cry of The Shinobi.

I always believed there was another life after this. My master said in this life you would be forgiven for al your sins and dark deeds. Life had no meaning for me, as for my master. But when I walked through the Wind Village, my feelings started to come back. People were getting slaughtered, houses were burning, and i just kept walking. Suddenly I felt something for those people. Even though it wasn’t much. I used to kill women and people with children, begging for their lives. Age didn’t matter to me. They were all numbers that had to be eliminated. I was just a soldier in the army of my trainer. I didn’t realise until now. What was I doing? My trainer wasn’t on the good side. For all this time I was trying to believe in his good will! Saying that this was the right thing to do cause they were a threat to us! A threat? Those people were unarmed, not even prepared for battle. Probably they didn’t even have fighting skills. They were happy until we came, destroying and taking their lives. The kids were glad to see dad as he came home, now they saw him dieing. Feeling of immense pain the seconds before their deaths, seeing their parents, the one who kept them safe, getting killed quickly, so easily.

I had decided to make up for my mistakes. Only I couldn’t face myself, my reflections in the water were still evil. It was the image I had of myself, and others had of me. Once again I will face myself and be statisfied. I will never use the forbidden techniques again, never. So I decided to ask help from the great gods. I went to the temple… my powers were taken from me.
