Creature Developtment? HELP Thread

I have a brain freeze and i can't think. So lets get to the point.

I need help on getting ideas for a specific creautre I am going to sketch up. But I need your help. You may already know about Periculum. Its based on a conspiracy with goverment on genetic testing. But I need a good SCARY idea for a creature.

Heres some help. The creature I need to have is going to scare the hell out of the player when the player first discovers a creature which you know nothing about. The creature is supposedly break open the basement door and jump right out at you. But I need an original idea.

I think I should make the creature and experiment of genetic testing. What do you think?

how about a monkey type thing that has huge claws and powerful feet that can push u forward? he also walks on his hands..

I like the second idea. I have some good ideas of it cooking up. Maybe tonight (In My TimeZone) I will do a concept. But I can't gurantee that it will be finished.

Well yeah. Thats funny. We have been hearing alot about Suicide Bombers in iraq. But back to the topic.

ok leme think.. a simple bull guy wit horns.. bone armor plates.. somewat like a crab, a bull-crab.. lol wit horns.. good endurance and speed, not too fast though..

ok... thas kinda cool.. stop time... how about when u shoot him a bullet time sort thing happens.. but U cannot move as fast.. but teh monster dude CAN! so wen u shoot him.. he dodges teh bullet! awesome!

or perhaps you could have a skeletal looking monkey, with scythe hands, and he moves incredibly fast, so that his motions are blurred

The Kleer skeletons! And they toss chains with a heavy ball on either end! It's very satisfying to kill those things with a double-barrelled shotgun.

i more meant skeletal like with skin, but very gaunt
