Calling all Battlezone 98 Redux players! Whether you’re a mod master or a newbie (or you’ve never even tried modding!) we’re giving you the chance to WIN a brand new Toshiba gaming laptop, as well as a whole range of awesome prizes. All you have to do is show us your best mod!
That’s why we’re offering awesome prizes to 5 LUCKY MODDERS, including a brand new Toshiba Gaming Laptop, AMD GPUs and CPUs, andRebellion Anthologies! “Isn’t modding hard?” NOPE! For basic mods all you need is a little patience, a good knowledge of Windows Explorer and your favourite image editing software.
So, what do I need to do? To be in with a chance of winning, we want you to create the best mod you possibly can, whether it’s a new skin for your favourite tank, a new HUD design, a new multiplayer map, an all new Instant Action (singleplayer) map or whatever you like! Full instructions can be found at the bottom of this page. What are you and the judges looking for? We’re looking for a whole variety of mods, and we want to ensure that both modding masters and cadets are in with a chance of winning so we’ll be judging on many different levels! Is there anywhere I can go for some modding help? The Battlezone 98 Redux forum on Steam is a great place for anyone who wants to mod! It’s full of helpful moderators who are always happy to chat (or maybe even test your mod out) and there’s a dedicated section for modding! There’s also a guide section, where you can read a number of guides on how to create and upload mods. We will also be browsing the forums and assisting players where we can, but if you’re really stuck, head over to our support page and send us a message and a member of our support team will get back to you as soon as they can!
