been trying for over an hour now to get on Desura and it came up with this error, i uninstalled and reinstalled the program and now it won't even let meupdate Desura it comes up as
Failed to update Desura: Couldn't resolve proxy name
(https://www.indiedb.com/api/appupdate[Could not resolve proxy: http=127.0.0.1; Host not found[58.5]

any ideas? this is really frustrating

Check your browser's proxy settings and make sure everything is unchecked.
