Command and Conquer: Renegade X install issue. Thread

OK so I was super excited, I saw this mod and my mind was blown.

So I went to download it, and then proceeded to try to install it and I can't. It gets to 48-54% and craps out, very strange.

I would just try to re-download it, but my internet has a monthly cap that sucks so I can't.

I have been searching for solutions for about the past hour to no avail. So I am hoping that maybe someone here has got the answer I have been looking for.

*EDIT* And by 48-54% I mean the launcher to launch the installation. (I hate it when games do that.)
