I know this is about the 3rd request I have put out, but I will change my approach. Mafia MOD wants coders. We have a full team of other modders, but are lacking a coder. Once we get one, we can comence work immediately. If you are interested, please e-mail me, visit the site, visit the profile, or contact us on IRC (#mafiamod on gamesnet.net).
