cnc reborn issues Thread

i have had some problems installing the reborn mod for reegade.
i was wondering if any one else has had problems and/or if they know how 2 fix it.

it says i must copy the game.exe file of reegade and put it in a reborn folder but whenever i try and find the file it cant find it. i have gone through my whole pc manually and tried every search engine i have but nothing. any suggestions?

lol find renegade and find the .exe file that starts it up and its that file LOL

lol i know what the file is i just cant seem 2 find it.

right click on ur shortcut to renegade and go to properties somewhere it will say Target EXE or something and thats the file

AAAAAAAAAAAARrrrrrrrrrrGGGGGGHhhhhhhh.i hate my pc.i found that file thx. but now i have no freaking clue how 2 get the game 2 run do u know any thing about reborn?

hold up i will put the istalation directions on here. tell me what i am doing wrong. here u go.

1) Create a folder named Reborn.

2) Copy all your Renegade Folder ( without the DATA folder ) in the Reborn Folder.

3) Install The executable that you downloaded.

4) Play Reborn by using the 'game.exe' of your original Renegade folder. Copy the game.exe of renegade to your reborn folder and you won't get any error.

To use it with GameSpy : Redirect the 'game.exe' of Renegade to the 'game.exe' of Reborn.

copy(ctrl+c) the game.exe from renegade into the folder you made called reborn(with all the copied files from renegade except the DATA folder) by pressing (ctrl+v) once in the reborn folder

i ahve done all that but it wont work and i dont know y. it is starting 2 piss me off
