Clear Sky - force dialogue? Thread

Hello,

So I fucked up. I decided to grab me some stuff before getting robbed, I then traveled to Professor Sakharov's bunker, teleported in and purchased the things I needed. Sitting on few hard earned 100K's I wanted to spend them as best as I could. I didn't realize until it was too late that I should have saved that special dialogue option needed later to be able to progress. Anyhow, now when I'm actually supposed to visit him at the bunker he wont give me the quest because that dialogue option is exhausted and hence not exiting anymore.

Is there a way to force dialogue options to proceed with this quest?

PS. Reloading an earlier save is not possible.
